2. you understand that One of a Kind, Will You Be Mine?© is merely a place to provide a means to showcase and display your work and is not responsible nor will it be held be accountable for any interest that may be generated by third parties.
    
3. by disclosing information such as your name, email address, website and other information or material to One of a Kind, Will You Be Mine?©,  you are consenting to the use of any such information or material by One of a Kind, Will You Be Mine?© for any purpose. 
    
4. One of a Kind, Will You Be Mine?© will not directly handle interest or inquiries by third parties and by providing contact information such as your email address, web address and other information., you are consenting to the use of such information by third parties to contact you directly.
    

5. by sending your name, email address, photos and other information or material, you agree not hold One of a Kind, Will You Be Mine?©  responsible for any benefit, gain, loss or damages that may result from the use or transmission of your name, email address, photos and other information or material.

1. accept or reject any new applicants for any reason.
    

2. remove any artist's photos and/or information  posted on the website for any reason with or without warning for any reason.
    

3. remove an artist entirely (with or without warning) from the One of a Kind, Will You Be Mine?^© website for any reason.
    

4. reject or accept any information provided by an artist for any reason.
    

5. periodically email artists about website updates and/or verify functionality of email addresses provided, for the sole purpose of maintaining the One of a Kind, Will You Be Mine?^© website.
